The twin room for disability access was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished, making it ideal for my needs. the stay was marred by a lack of prior notice about a 'super' car event, leading to noise disturbances and difficulty exiting the car park. the long breakfast queue deterred us from dining, contributing to a feeling of disappointment.

I loved how the room was cozy and the shower had amazing pressure. The beer garden was a perfect spot for some downtime, and I really enjoyed taking walks on the nearby public footpaths. The only downside was the road noise in the morning, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 😊

A solid choice for a brief visit in Rochford with exceptional value. The leaf blower woke me up early, but I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise.

The Cherry Tree Pub has a charming atmosphere that caught my eye immediately. The self-contained room I stayed in offered high-quality furnishings and a brilliant bathroom, perfect for my stay. Staff members were delightful and helpful, allowing me to store my bags early since I had a wedding to attend. The evening meal I had was excellent, adding to the enjoyable parts of the visit. there were a few issues. No breakfast was available, which I found disappointing. A gardener using a loud leaf blower started working around 7 am the next morning, making it impossible to enjoy my sleep. The towels in the shower were quite small, less than what I'd expect. Despite these inconveniences, the room's overall quality and staff made it somewhat enjoyable.

The Deluxe Double Room with Shower offered a comfortable and modern ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a long day. With a kettle provided, you can easily brew a cup of tea or coffee right in your room anytime you like.
The lack of breakfast service could be disappointing for some, especially considering the rural location, leaving a mile walk to the nearest shops. If you're not driving, the limited bus service in the evening could be inconvenient. the room was slightly noisy due to being adjacent to the main building, likely from some kind of generator or maintenance work during the night, which might hinder a restful sleep.
